Pit Bulls are now one of the #1 breed of dog killed in shelters every month.  It is estimated that up to 200 Pit Bulls are being euthanized in animal shelters everyday and that's in Los Angeles alone.  Chicago, Illinois has one of the highest killing rates in the United States, with over 35,000 dogs and cats are destroyed each year. - Please Do Not Breed.  This is a poem wrote by an anonymous kennel worker.
